At A Stepp Above, our baker BL has been baking and decorating cakes for over 30 years. All cakes can be made with mousse fillings, such as raspberry, chocolate, and strawberry to name a few, as well as your favorite flavor of buttercream frosting, plus everything on the cake is edible including the beautiful handmade Stargazer lilies if that is the design you choose. You can also choose a fondant frosting that is smoother in appearance, keep in mind that fondant is a better option to withstand some of the demands if your event is outdoors. The taste of fondant is a marshmallow-like flavor and does not add much sweetness to the finished cake. Fondant is the best choice for those who want to really show off their style through more structured design elements on their cake.
